How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, the shipping time is 7-12 business days, depending on your location and other factors. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter this number on the Track & Trace page to check the status of your order.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
First, check the tracking information for updates. Delays can occur due to factors such as weather conditions or carrier congestion. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us so we can assist you.
What if my package is lost?
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us with your tracking number and order number. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement product or offer a refund.
What should I do if I haven’t received a tracking number?
Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation. The tracking number is included in this email. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days after your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
